Mona Ling Leung is a Hair Artist & Ceremonialist who combines leading-edge technique with holistic health practices. She studies with alternative healers, spiritual teachers, and pioneering hairdressers to create transformative one-on-one ceremonies for her clients.
Mona minimizes toxic chemicals in products and application, revealing each client's truest beauty through effective questions, presence, and deep listening. When her clients began sharing things they'd never told their best friends, spouses, or family, she recognized this sacred trust as an opportunity to facilitate healing from outside-in, inside-out.
Her awakening as "The Conscious Hairdresser" began with motherhood, where she learned to truly listen and pay deep attention to her babies beyond their cry, and which taught her how to hold space for transformation in the salon chair.
